Productive Athletes (Coach Imran Nanlawala, Coppell, Texas) runs this website. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it, in plain words.

What we collect

  • What you send in our form: your name, email, phone number (optional), the athlete’s age group, the service you are interested in, your message, and any film link you share.
  • The film and clips you send us for a video review.
  • Payments are made by Zelle through your own bank. We never see your bank login or card numbers.

How we use it

  • To reply to you, schedule training, and deliver the review or plan you asked for.
  • That’s it. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.

Your footage

  • Used only for your own review.
  • Never posted anywhere without your written OK.
  • Deleted 90 days after your review is delivered.

Who else handles it

  • Formspree delivers form messages to Coach Imran’s inbox.
  • Your bank and Zelle process payments.
  • SiteGround hosts this website, and the page fonts load from Google Fonts.

Children

For athletes under 18, a parent or guardian should send the form. We don’t knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

YouTube API Services

Coach Imran Nanlawala uses a small private tool, the “Imran Publishing” app, to publish videos to his own YouTube channels. This tool uses YouTube API Services. It is not offered to the public: Coach Imran is its only user, and it only signs in to channels he owns. Anyone who uses it agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s own use of information is explained in the Google Privacy Policy (www.google.com/policies/privacy).

What YouTube data the tool uses

  • Only the YouTube channels Coach Imran owns and signs in to himself: The WalaWay, English Language Learning (@ImranELL), Muslim Minute and DLP.
  • It reads his own channel name and ID, and the list and status of his own uploaded videos and playlists.
  • It uploads his own videos with their title, description, tags, language, audience setting and publish time; uploads his own caption files and thumbnails; adds his videos to his own playlists; and posts his own comment on his own videos.
  • It does not read, collect or show anyone else’s YouTube data, such as viewers, subscribers or their comments.

How it is used

  • Only to publish and organize Coach Imran’s own videos on his own channels.
  • Never for advertising, profiling or analytics. The tool shows no ads and sets no cookies.

How it is stored

  • The Google sign in tokens (OAuth) are stored only on Coach Imran’s own computer, in a private folder. There is no server and no online database.
  • A local log on the same computer keeps the YouTube video IDs of his own uploads, so the same video is never uploaded twice. No other YouTube data is stored.

How it is shared

  • We do not share, sell, rent or transfer YouTube data to anyone. Data only moves between Coach Imran’s computer and YouTube (Google).

Revoking access and deleting data

  • Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Choose “Imran Publishing” and remove its access.
  • When access is revoked, the stored sign in tokens are deleted, and any other stored data from YouTube (the local upload log) is deleted within 30 days.
  • To ask us to delete this data, email info@thedlp.company. We delete it as soon as possible and always within 7 days of your request.
